Compliance & Security · How we build

Security and compliance, built into the product — not bolted on.

Every Fintectual product handles money, tax data, or personal information. Here's how we approach protecting it, and how we align with the regulatory requirements each product operates under.

Data Security

How data is protected across the platform

01
Encryption in Transit & at Rest

Data moving between devices, terminals, and Fintectual's systems is encrypted end to end.

02
Role-Based Access Control

Every product scopes access by role — no user sees more than their function requires.

03
Two-Factor Authentication

Administrative and financial actions are protected by a second verification step.

04
Fraud & Anomaly Detection

Transaction patterns are monitored for tampering, slip-seeding, and unauthorized use.

05
Audit Logging

Every transaction, submission, and administrative change is logged and traceable.

06
Pakistan-Hosted Infrastructure

Data relevant to FBR compliance is hosted within Pakistan, aligned with local requirements.

Regulatory Alignment

Built around local requirements, not around workarounds

Tax & Invoicing

Jama's invoicing flow is built against the current PRAL v1.12 specification, with a guided sandbox-to-production path required before any business goes live on FBR's IRIS system.

Fuel & Fleet

FuelOne's reporting is structured to support IFTA-style cross-jurisdiction fuel tax reporting and standard sales tax statements for OMC clients.

Payment Hardware

FuelOne's supported terminals — Sunmi P3 and Feitian F20 — carry their own manufacturer certifications, including PCI PTS and EMV Level 1/2 contactless approvals.

Healthcare Data

EHR Insurance Integration exchanges only the structured data a specific eligibility check or claim requires, logged for provider and insurer audit.
